Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurses (RNs):

• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinate medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Adhere to infection control, emergency protocols, and other center policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best outcomes
• Identify and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate staff according to facility procedures

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
• CPR certification required
• Preferably one year of previous nursing experience
