Surfpoint Recovery focuses on helping individuals struggling with substance and alcohol use disorders. Our mission is to provide top-tier patient care at every phase, including detox, medication-assisted treatment, rehab, and therapy. We're looking for LPNs to join our caring and skilled team!

Role Overview:

As LPN, you will deliver personalized nursing care under the guidance of a registered nurse while following best practices. This position allows you to collaborate with healthcare experts and grow your clinical skills.

Shift Options:

• Full-time: Three 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Part-time: Two 12-hour shifts

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely per guidelines.
• Educate patients about their medications and monitor reactions.
• Maintain detailed records of patient care, including admissions, discharges, and ER visits.
• Observe detox progress and notify the medical team of any concerns.
• Conduct withdrawal assessments and track vital signs.
• Take part in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active NY State Nursing License & Registration
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum two years of nursing experience (addiction treatment background preferred)
