LPN Responsibilities:

• Assist with the admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Process medication requests with physicians and pharmacy staff
• Administer prescribed medications
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide the best care outcomes
• Report any significant changes in residents’ conditions

LPN Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license for the state of employment
• CPR certification required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
