The company offers flexibility in choosing one's working days. The working hours available are 9 am to 7 pm, Monday through Thursday, or 9 am to 7 pm, Tuesday through Friday

Groups Recover Together is an outpatient addiction medicine provider that delivers all-encompassing treatment for opioid addiction. Our care model incorporates three essential components – medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation. Responsibilities

Counselors play a pivotal role in the success of Groups Recover Together, as they provide a wealth of support and guidance to our clients.

Supports the team in monitoring members' progress towards recovery and adjusting care plans accordingly:

• Participate diligently in the treatment team and gain a thorough understanding of addiction and recovery. Coordinate with our clinical professionals to make well-informed decisions about the member's therapy.
• Manage your caseload and schedule in a manner that fulfills the needs of the office and region while providing scope for enhancing your clinical abilities.
• Host ten to twelve group therapy sessions each week, each lasting for an hour, that employs our structured curriculum to teach essential skills for recovery, and help build a supportive community of peers.
• Continuously evaluate clients' progress by tracking their Core Milestones and NPS scores.
• Utilize a variety of communication channels, such as social media and email newsletters, to keep community members informed of updates and events relevant to their interests
• Disseminate information about Groups and its mission by sharing brochures and written materials with key community stakeholders
• It is essential to attend and become involved in community dialogues that concern substance abuse and addiction to address the rising addiction rates

Qualifications

• Some master's programs in mental and behavioral health may require students to complete a thesis or research project in order to graduate, which can provide valuable experience and skills applicable to a variety of careers in the field.
• Individuals who are receiving supervision to gain certification as MFT, LMFT, LPC, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, LADAC level 1 & 2, LSPE along with Licensed Psychologist/Psy.D. are encouraged to apply. RN & LPN with experience leading therapeutic groups and official proof may also be considered for the position.
• The role of a group therapy leader is to facilitate conversations, encourage active participation, and provide guidance and feedback to participants.
• Master of Technology: Highly skilled in using advanced technological systems like EMR, telehealth software, Google products, and mobile apps.
• Characteristics such as humaneness, partnerships, devotion to providing high-quality services, and a dedication to the well-being of clients.
• Flexibility to work evenings is required, as the job may require 2-3 evening shifts each week until 9pm.
• Other preferable credentials, expertise, and abilities encompass proficiency in mental health, substance abuse therapy, social work, medication-assisted treatment or MAT, human services, and social services.
