CNA Responsibilities:

• Support residents with daily tasks (ADLs) and collaborate to ensure their care
• Assist residents during meals
• Follow infection control guidelines and facility policies
• Measure and record vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors immediately

CNA Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience is a plus but not required
