CNA Job Responsibilities:

Assist residents with ADLs while collaborating with the care team for optimal support
Aid residents during meals
Ensure adherence to infection control policies and center guidelines
Measure and record vital signs and health metrics as directed
Promptly report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor

CNA Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the state
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience is preferred but not required
