Clinical Services Supervisor (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Managing the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinating medication needs with pharmacies and doctors
• Safely administering medications
• Complying with infection control and other center policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal resident care
• Promptly reporting abnormal changes in residents' conditions

Clinical Services Supervisor (LPN) Qualifications:

• State-issued LPN license
• CPR Certification required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
