Nursing Care Coordinator

Surfpoint Recovery specializes in caring for individuals struggling with alcohol and substance use disorders. We prioritize high-quality patient care throughout all stages of recovery, including detox, therapy, and rehabilitation. We're currently hiring LPNs to join our compassionate and dedicated team!

What You'll Do:
As an LPN, you'll work under the supervision of a registered nurse to deliver patient-centred care while following best practices. This role offers a great opportunity to develop clinical skills while working alongside experienced professionals.

Shift Options:

• Full-time: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Part-time: 2x12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities: Administer medications according to prescribed guidelines. Educate patients about their medication regimen and monitor their responses. Maintain accurate and organized documentation. Observe patients' detox progress and communicate concerns. Conduct withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs. Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.

Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active NY State Nursing License & Registration CPR/BLS certification Minimum of two years of nursing experience (addiction treatment experience is a plus)
