Personal Care Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and work collaboratively with the care team to ensure proper care
• Assist residents during meals
• Follow infection control procedures and adhere to center policies
• Measure and document vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as instructed
• Report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor promptly

Qualifications:

• State certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory
