Our top priority is delivering high-quality patient care across all stages - detox, medication-assisted treatment, rehabilitation, and therapy. We're hiring LPN to join our compassionate team!

As LPN, you'll provide individualized nursing care, following best practices and working under a registered nurse's supervision. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with professionals while enhancing your clinical expertise.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Part-time: 2x12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and as prescribed.
• Educate patients on medication use and monitor their responses.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient activity, including admissions, discharges, transfers, and ER visits.
• Monitor detox progress and communicate any concerns to the medical team.
• Assist in withdrawal assessments and record vital signs.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs and report concerns as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active NY State Nursing License & Registration
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• At least two years of nursing experience (addiction treatment experience preferred)

• Proficiency in computer applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and time management abilities
