Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Responsibilities:

• Managing the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Handling medication orders with pharmacies and healthcare providers
• Safely administering medications
• Following infection control and emergency protocols
• Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide optimal resident care
• Promptly reporting changes in residents' conditions according to facility policies

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license issued by the State
• CPR Certification is a must
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
