Key Responsibilities for LPNs:

• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers for residents
• Handle medication requisitions with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Adhere to infection control measures and emergency protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for optimal resident outcomes
• Recognize and report any abnormal changes in residents' conditions as per center policies

Qualifications for LPNs:

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• CPR certification is mandatory
• Two years of nursing experience is preferred
