Job Responsibilities for LPNs:
- Overseeing admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
- Coordinating medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
- Administering medications as prescribed
- Adhering to infection control and emergency procedures
- Working collaboratively with the care team to improve resident health outcomes
- Reporting health changes in residents according to facility policies
LPN Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license issued by the state
- CPR certification required
- Preferably two years of nursing experience
