Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Manage medication requests with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer medications as per physician instructions
• Follow infection control and safety policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for the best resident outcomes
• Report changes in residents’ health according to center protocols

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state
• CPR certification required
• Preferred: Two years of nursing experience
