Line Cook

We are a rapidly expanding company looking for passionate, motivated, and energetic Line Cooks who love food creativity and hospitality. As a Line Cook at the Recovery Center of Niagara, you will be an integral part of our team. You will be trained in both kitchen and serving areas, and we are looking for independent workers who take pride in their craftsmanship.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform large-scale food preparation, stocking, delivery, serving, cleanup, dishwashing, and meal assembly.
• Understand the responsibilities of the assigned positions and demonstrate them.
• Ensure all department policies and procedures are followed.
• Plan, prepare, and serve meals.
• Participate in catering functions when required.
• Take on various kitchen roles as necessary.
• Keep food at the appropriate temperature.
• Maintain clean, organized, and tidy work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Job Type

• Full-time rotating schedule with alternating weekends.
