Health Nurse (RN) Job Duties:

• Managing the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinating medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Administering medications accurately
• Complying with infection control, emergency procedures, and other facility policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best care outcomes
• Reporting any abnormal changes in residents' conditions promptly

Health Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• A valid RN license issued by the state
• CPR certification is required
• One year of prior nursing experience is preferred
