Are you passionate about helping others achieve lasting recovery from substance use challenges? Urban Recovery, a leader in addiction care, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We provide personalized care at every stage, including detox, rehab, and therapy.

Shift Details:

• Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Days needed: Monday, Friday, and Saturday

Core Duties:

• Administer medications in alignment with nursing standards and physician directives.
• Monitor patients' responses and document findings accurately, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Conduct vital checks and withdrawal assessments as part of individualized care plans.
• Facilitate smooth communication among the care team regarding patient progress.
• Assist with quality improvement efforts, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active NYS LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with electronic health records is an asset.
