We are committed to guiding patients through every phase of recovery, including detox, medication-assisted treatment, rehabilitation, and therapy. We are excited to welcome Healthcare Practitioner to our compassionate and skilled team.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
• Educate patients about their medications, document their understanding, and report any issues to the registered nurse or physician.
• Keep detailed records of patient activities, such as admissions, discharges, and medical visits, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Track and document patients' detox progress and behavioral responses, notifying the medical team of any irregularities.
• Record treatment interventions and patient outcomes, addressing concerns in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Conduct vital sign checks and withdrawal assessments as outlined in treatment plans.
• Support quality improvement efforts through data collection and reporting.

Qualifications

Education & Certification:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active NY State Nursing License and Registration.
• Valid CPR and BLS certifications.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of nursing experience, with a preference for addiction treatment settings.

• Excellent computer proficiency and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
