Responsibilities for LPNs:

- Coordinating medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
- Administering medications as per doctors' orders

- Collaborating with the resident's care team to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Reporting changes in residents' conditions according to established protocols
Qualifications for LPNs:
- Active state-issued LPN license
- CPR certification required
- Preferred: Minimum of two years of nursing experience
