Surfpoint Recovery provides comprehensive treatment for individuals facing substance and alcohol use disorders. We are dedicated to ensuring quality care at all recovery stages, including detox, rehabilitation, and therapy. We're looking for LPNs to join our dedicated healthcare team!

Your Role as an LPN:

As LPN, you'll deliver high-quality nursing care while working under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role allows you to collaborate with a professional team and advance your clinical expertise.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Part-time: 2x12-hour shifts

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and track patient reactions.
• Educate patients on medication usage.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records, including admissions and discharges.
• Observe detox progress and alert the medical team to any issues.
• Conduct withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active NY State Nursing License & Registration
• CPR/BLS certification
• Two years of nursing experience (preferably in addiction treatment)
