Job Responsibilities for LPNs:

Overseeing admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
Coordinating medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
Administering medications as prescribed
Adhering to infection control and emergency procedures
Working collaboratively with the care team to improve resident health outcomes
Reporting health changes in residents according to facility policies

LPN Qualifications:

Valid LPN license issued by the state
CPR certification required
Preferably two years of nursing experience
