Patient Care Technician (CNA) Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and work with the care team to ensure proper care is delivered
• Help residents during meals
• Follow infection control guidelines and center policies
• Measure and document vital signs and health metrics as directed
• Report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor as soon as possible

CNA Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the state
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience is a plus but not required
