CNA Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADLs while collaborating with the care team for optimal support
• Aid residents during meals
• Ensure adherence to infection control policies and center guidelines
• Measure and record vital signs and health metrics as directed
• Promptly report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor

CNA Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the state
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience is preferred but not required
