Responsibilities of the LPN:

Managing admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
Processing medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
Administering prescribed medications to residents

Reporting any abnormal changes in the health of residents

Qualifications for the LPN:

Must hold a valid state-issued LPN license
CPR certification is required
