Key Responsibilities for LPN Nurse:

• Manage resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Handle medication requests with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer medications to residents
• Adhere to infection control, emergency, and facility policies
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
• Identify and report any significant changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel in line with center policies

LPN Nurse Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license from the state
• CPR certification required
• Two years of prior nursing experience preferred
