From the start of the weekday on Monday until its end on Friday, the business is open from 9 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon

Sat/Sun off

This position requires on-call and after-hours availability, with the expectation of being on-call for weekends or holidays four times annually and on-call for at most two holidays per year.

To be the regional operations supervisor means overseeing the operations of our branches located in Bloomington, Crawfordsville, Franklin, Martinsville, and Terre Haute

The Regional Operations Supervisor position at Groups plays a key role in the organization by building and leading a high-performing team and driving operational excellence within the assigned region/state. The Regional Operations Supervisor will partner with the Clinical Supervisor to provide consistent and high-quality care for our members. The Regional Operations Supervisor will lead a team of direct reports across multiple locations. This role reports directly to the Associate Operations Director or the Operations Director (based on region).

  • Hire, educate, supervise, and elevate a group of Office Coordinators working across multiple locations
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the onboarding process to ensure that it remains effective, relevant, and aligned with the needs of the organization and its employees

  • Manage and oversee the functioning of all assigned locations on a daily basis
  • Conduct recurrent meetings with your team members, evaluate their achievements, and offer them constructive feedback to inspire continuous improvement
  • Oversee the smooth execution of general tasks while also keeping an eye on regional and state-specific KPIs such as census, engagement, retention, scheduling, growth, P&L/budget, and employee satisfaction
  • Operate under authorized boundaries, abiding by required professional standards and regulatory obligations
  • Tasked with ensuring that the office has sufficient resources to meet its needs and that its capacity is used efficiently and effectively
  • Align team coverage to ensure efficient office and schedule operations, accommodating any planned or unplanned absences among direct staff
  • Confirm that all rules, protocols, and workflows are implemented and welcomed in all assigned stations
  • Protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace should always be a top priority, and it is essential to create a culture that values safety and prevention
  • The purchasing of essential equipment and furniture, as well as the overseeing of supply requests, are among the key responsibilities that you will handle as part of your job description
  • Examine the operations department to ensure that quality standards are being met
  • Attain the success of new location launches by managing the operational needs, recruitment, and community outreach goals successfully
  • Be in charge of the decommissioning process of offices when deemed fit
  • An effective communication strategy, which includes a regular exchange of information, is essential in any collaboration. Openness, trust, and transparency should form the basis of all communications between parties involved
  • Collaborate in drafting reports summarizing site visits by state regulatory boards, accrediting bodies, and managed care organizations
  • Ensuring that members and stakeholders feel heard, supported, and valued is critical to maintaining a positive reputation for the organization

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to community outreach by distributing written materials to community stakeholders, such as pamphlets and flyers, and by scheduling regular meetings with them.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, those with an equivalent blend of education and expertise are also encouraged to apply
  • With over 4 years of relevant experience in overseeing multi-site operations, the candidate's expertise aligns perfectly with the requirements of this position
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in the healthcare, retail, or hospitality industries
  • This position is a combination of responsibilities, including extensive travel to every office site, making up roughly 40-60% of the job requirements
  • Seamless remote work connectivity demands access to internet and telephone services that provide high download and upload speeds of at least 50M and 10M, along with a robust WiFi signal from your remote work location
  • Conformance to the pre-employment pre-requisites and satisfaction of all the relevant state and work-required guidelines is essential for all potential employees. The requisites may involve fingerprinting, drug testing, health check-up, and basic first aid/CPR, depending on the state-specific requisitions.
