Salary:

$40,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year

*Compensation varies based on experience and education

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (no weekends)
  • 4 to 9 hours per day
  • 1 to 4 hours per day

Groups Recover Together is a provider of outpatient addiction medicine, offering holistic treatment for opioid addiction. Our approach integrates medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation, recognizing that recovery extends beyond clinical visits. We prioritize delivering high-quality clinical treatment and team-based support to facilitate lasting sobriety.

Responsibilities:

We're seeking an organized and self-motivated Office Manager to provide administrative support to our members, clinicians, and medical providers. Office Managers collaborate with local leadership to manage daily office operations, coordinate schedules, and facilitate meetings that promote member recovery.

To excel in this role, you should be detail-oriented, professional, adept at problem-solving, possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), deliver exceptional customer service, and demonstrate the ability to handle high-stress situations with empathy and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office appearance
  • Open and close offices
  • Greet visitors and assist members
  • Provide customer service in person, via phone, and video conference
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to texts and emails, and resolving technical issues
  • Manage member flow in-office and during virtual meetings
  • Coordinate with medical providers and manage scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records in the EMR system
  • Collect insurance information and process payments
  • Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure medication continuity
  • Handle petty cash and office supplies
  • Meet office-specific goals and performance indicators
  • Engage in community relations activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of office administrative/coordinator experience
  • Healthcare, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to work evenings as needed
