LPN Responsibilities:

Handling admissions, discharges, and resident transfers
Processing medication requests with physicians and pharmacies
Administering prescribed medications
Following all infection control, emergency procedures, and other facility protocols
Collaborating with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
Notifying the appropriate staff of any changes in residents' conditions as per facility policies

Qualifications for LPNs:

LPN license issued by the state
CPR certification is required
Preferred: Two years of nursing experience
