Prep Cook

We are a dynamic and growing company looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic Prep Cooks who are passionate about food creativity and exceptional service. As a Prep Cook at the Recovery Center of Niagara, your role will be vital to our team's success. We provide full training and orientation in the kitchen and serving areas. We seek individuals who take pride in their independent work!

Job Responsibilities

• Food preparation, stocking, delivery, serving, dishwashing, and meal assembly, with a focus on large-scale portions.
• Understand and demonstrate the responsibilities tied to the assigned position.
• Follow and apply department policies and procedures.
• Plan, prepare, and serve meals.
• Assist with catering functions as needed.
• Perform various roles within the kitchen as required.
• Ensure food is maintained at the appropriate temperature.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Take on any other duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and manage different responsibilities effectively.
• Team-oriented and reliable.

Job Type

• Full-time with a rotating schedule that includes working every other weekend.
