Responsibilities

The Partnership Director in Groups will oversee the Partnership Development Manager, who forms part of the Growth Organization. This individual will be tasked with managing the community referral network in New Hampshire as well as representing the organization externally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Groups' innovative use of telehealth technologies significantly reduces barriers to care, making it more convenient and accessible to people suffering from substance abuse disorders, and it is a unique selling proposition for both healthcare experts and payers.
• Build and maintain meaningful referral collaborations with essential healthcare providers, justice-involved programs, and community-based organizations throughout New Hampshire.
• Facilitate a streamlined approach for our referral partners to gain easy access to our rapid intake process.
• Nourish strong affiliations with existing referral partners to ensure their triumph and maintain credibility as a referral source.
• Create collaborative referral channels that enable individuals to gain swift access to critical medical interventions when required.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to ensure effective promotion of new office launches and achieve predicted growth in intake numbers post-opening.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery Teams in the community during outreach initiatives and extend assistance in building local partnerships.
• Participating in presentations, local conferences, and events is crucial for Groups to increase community awareness.
• Work closely with Care Delivery Teams, which comprise of operational chiefs and clinical administrators, to develop regional strategies designed to maximise relationship performance and achieve predetermined goals for scheduled intake.
• Skill in operating and maintaining software for record-keeping.
• Although travel requirements may seem demanding, they are always adaptable. The purpose of travel frequently stems from the requirements of your collaborations.
• Performs added responsibilities as designated.

Qualifications:

• We are seeking applicants who possess a BS/BA degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, sales, healthcare operations, or a related domain.
• Experience in building successful partnerships and increasing sales performance within assigned territories.
• Possessing exceptional abilities in oral and written communication, presenting, as well as having excellent interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in managing the demands of a fast-paced, mission-driven organization that prioritizes growth.
• Bearing in mind that grassroots marketing is centred around reaching out to people in their locality, it's important to build strong relationships with the local community to build trust and promote the brand.
• Having exceptional communication skills to converse with individuals within and outside the organization, across various departments, and with external participants.
• A skilled user of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Being knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is beneficial.
• In this role, the individual must hold a valid driver's license, an immaculate driving background, and the means of transportation to travel to various office locations.
