$2,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually Based on licensure, experience, and education

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10am-8pm EST Friday through Sunday off

Requirements: Must hold an active full licensure in Indiana

Groups Recover Together is an outpatient provider specializing in addiction medicine for opioid addiction. Our treatment model emphasizes that recovery goes beyond office visits and includes three core components: medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical care and team-based support to help individuals achieve a sober, fulfilling life.

Responsibilities

This is the place for you if you are passionate about group therapy. This is going to be your primary focus as a counsellor. At Groups, we question accepted industry norms. You won't be required to take care of your members in every way by yourself. As a counsellor, you not only get to witness the change that occurs in the lives of each of our members, but you also play a key role in a cross-functional care team that consists of office managers, prescribers, care navigators, and peer recovery coaches. The team collaborates to provide a comprehensive clinical paradigm that is founded on the idea that community, medicine, and counselling are the cornerstones of long-term healing. Among the principal duties of this position are

• Leading the treatment team and making decisions regarding members’ treatment plans
• Managing a schedule and caseload to meet office and regional needs while enhancing your clinical skills
• Collaborating with team members on the clinical service model
• Leading 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions to build recovery skills and foster community
• Documenting members’ progress using outcome measures and client feedback
• Participating in community relations activities, distributing promotional materials, and attending meetings related to substance abuse and addiction

Qualifications:

• An active Indiana behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, associate level licensure)
• Qualities of compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and investment in member success
• Availability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
• Preferred backgrounds include mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, or medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
