Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Handling admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinating medication needs with pharmacies and healthcare providers
• Administering medications safely
• Complying with infection control and other facility policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for the best care outcomes
• Promptly reporting any abnormal changes in residents' conditions

Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license from the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
