Responsibilities for LPNs:

Overseeing the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
Coordinating medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
Administering medications as per doctors' orders
Following infection control, emergency procedures, and other policies as required
Collaborating with the resident's care team to ensure the best possible outcomes
Reporting changes in residents' conditions according to established protocols

Qualifications for LPNs:

Active state-issued LPN license
CPR certification required
Preferred: Minimum of two years of nursing experience
