Nursing Services Provider (RN) Responsibilities:

• Managing the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Handling medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Administering medications as directed
• Complying with infection control, emergency procedures, and other facility policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for residents
• Reporting changes in residents' conditions in a timely manner

Nursing Services Provider (RN) Requirements:

• Must hold a valid RN license from the state
• CPR certification required
• One year of nursing experience is preferred
