Vocational Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Handling the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinating medication needs with pharmacies and physicians
• Administering medications as directed
• Following infection control, emergency, and other facility policies
• Working with the interdisciplinary team to provide the best care outcomes
• Promptly reporting any abnormal changes in residents' conditions

Vocational Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• LPN license from the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
