CNA Responsibilities:

Support residents with daily tasks (ADLs) and collaborate to ensure their care
Assist residents during meals
Follow infection control guidelines and facility policies
Measure and record vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
Report any changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors immediately

CNA Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant certification
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience is a plus but not required
