Medical Nurse LPN

Primary Duties for LPNs:

• Overseeing the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents
• Managing medication orders with pharmacies and doctors
• Administering medications as prescribed
• Adhering to infection control practices, emergency procedures, and other facility guidelines
• Working closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide the best care
• Reporting any health changes in residents to the appropriate team members per policy

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license from the state
• CPR certification required
• At least two years of nursing experience is preferred
