Public Health Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Handle resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Coordinate medications with pharmacies and physicians
• Safely administer prescribed medications
• Follow infection control, emergency, and facility protocols
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams for resident-centered outcomes
• Document and report any notable changes in resident health

RN Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state
• CPR certification is required
• Prior nursing experience (one year) is preferred
